These are the circumstances under which I will accept a commission. If you have any questions or feel that your commission is outside of those I have listed, you can feel free to ask me before you submit a form! My DMs are always open, or you can send me an email. :)
I reserve the rights to any artwork I create. My commissions are NOT for commercial use. You do NOT have my permission to reproduce or sell my artwork. You may use the artwork as a banner, icon, wallpaper, etc. If it is public-facing, such as being posted on your own social media account, I ask that you credit me.
My artwork remains my intellectual property. I have the right to post it on my own social media sites or use as examples for other commissions. If your commissioned artwork is truly personal to you, we can negotiate withholding the artwork from the public.
If you need to cancel during the sketch phase, you will receive no more than a 70% refund. If you cancel after this phase, I have a NO REFUND policy.
Transactions will only be made through PAYPAL INVOICE. I do not accept any other form of payment.
I will only begin working on the commission once I receive FULL PAYMENT. Full payment must be made within a week of sending the invoice, or the commission will be cancelled.
I will not do explicit NSFW, mecha or armor, full furries, heavy gore, minor/ adult pairings, or copy another artist's style. I have the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable outside of the traits previously listed.
I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission if at any time I am uncomfortable with the commissioner's behavior, or if they fail to respond in our communications for more than 7 days.
